Description Manuel Mommertz 2009-01-16 16:42:20 UTC
Version: (using Devel)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Compiled sources

Again and again I get the info that a person added me to his contact list. I testet all buttons (block, ignore, etc) but on every reconnect, I get this message again. Don't know what to do against that.
(I see this message since the update to libmsn)

try libmsn 4.0 beta4 and check if it solves this issue.
thanks
Comment 2 Manuel Mommertz 2009-01-29 16:32:35 UTC
4.0b4 is the only version my distro (gentoo) provides, so no, it doesnt solve it. ;)
updating to just released kde 4.2 of course doesn't change anything.
Comment 3 Mauro 2009-01-29 18:00:03 UTC
same here, with 4.2
Comment 4 Mauro 2009-02-02 14:29:57 UTC

Hi, I just committed a fix in trunk.
Can you confirm if that fixes the problem?
Comment 6 Manuel Mommertz 2009-02-06 00:55:33 UTC
Yea, works. No adding-information. I hope i get one, if there is someone who (newly) added me. ;)

It seems to be fixed with libmsn 4.0 beta4, just entered in official repositories.
Note that, however, it continues not saving the infos on server. See bug https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=183685
