When entering/editing an event the dropdown of the time entry will show the times with 3 dots in the middle making them unusable for selection. For example 15:00 will be shown as 1...0.

Additional info:
Seems to be a problem with the Oxygen widget theme only.

This issue was fixed a few days ago.
