Thanks for the bug report! I cannot reproduce the crash here (trunk rev. 911116). It might help if you could run Dolphin from a Konsole and paste the "ASSERT...." line from the output during the crash here (if there is one) or - even better - provide a more detailed backtrace, see

Your problem is not the same, it is bug 185551 which is fixed in the current development version.

Juan, any news about the crash from the original report? Can you still reproduce it with a more recent version of KDE, or can we close this report?
