There is a bug in the Quicksand interface. It only occurs when this interface is used. The KRunner interface is working fine.

Starting an application through KRunner is not working *sometimes*. I type the name of the application, press enter and nothing happens. Opening KRunner for the second time (nothing typed yet), the application starts suddenly.

This bug doesn't occur always, but still in 25% - 50% of the cases (don't know exactly).

I can't reproduce this. So if you still have this issue with a recent KDE version (KDE 4.5.3 or newer) please reopen the bug.

Me neither, I cannot reproduce on 4.5.3/qt 4.7.1.
