This happens when I closed a Konsole on 4.1.96 after upgrading from 4.1.3 so it might just be that the session stuff can't be loaded. Still, Konsole should just ignore non-compatible data, imo. Close WONTFIX if you want, but I didn't want this to get lost.

Due to several crashes and other weird behaviour, I was forced to move away my ~/.kde4 which I started with 4.1.0 and start anew.
