Version: (using KDE 4.1.3) OS: Linux Installed from: Ubuntu Packages When trying to send an e-mail reminder, the option in the "Edit Reminders - Kontact" dialogue is greyed out. I can't find any configuration setting anywhere that would affect this, so I don't know why it's greyed out, or how to change it so that I can use the feature. I'm not sure exactly what the bug here is, because I don't know what behaviour the developers had in mind. From a user perspective, though, something's definitely wrong. It seems like one of the following describes the bug, depending on what the developers' intentions: 1. The e-mail option should never be greyed out, but there are obviously occasions when it is. 2. The way to enable/disable this feature should be obvious (although I don't know why you'd ever want to make this configurable; I don't see why you'd ever want to disable it).
Yes, this feature was never implemented unfortunately. We should have removed it from the dialog a long time ago or, better yet, finally implemented it. I'll try to put this high on my todo list for KDE 4.3.
