Version:           koffice 1.9.98 (using Devel)
OS:                Linux
Installed from:    Compiled sources

Koffice and KDE are both from svn.

Compliling/installing kdelibs and koffice we get libkformulalib.so(.*) in the same dir but from both products.

May be there are need only one?

Odd, I don't see this (last I tried was kde-4.1.85 + koffice-1.9.98.4)... koffice doesn't build/install anything kformula-related at all (disabled?)

Fixed in svn; the kdelibs one is removed.
