Version: (using KDE 4.1.3) OS: Linux Installed from: Ubuntu Packages Across KDE, Flash Video files (.flv) have a generic question-mark icon instead of a media icon.
This is simple to fix, and I will do so. However, this appears to be a general issue that needs to be addressed. This should be dealt with using the "generic-icons" file rather than making multiple copies of the icons.
