Description Kelvie Wong 2008-12-12 10:50:56 UTC
Version: 2.0 (using Devel)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Compiled sources

When I import my collection from Amarok 1.4, the "lyrics" entry in all of my songs gets messed up -- all of the line breaks ('\n') get changed into spaces.

I think this probably has something to do with the fact that lyrics are now stored as Rich Text (HTML).

I found this bug when I searched for bugs related to import of Amarok 1.4 collections, but I don't think bug 216222 is a duplicate of bug 177570.

I don't have any problems with line breaks. The lyrics look fine after import except that xml tags that Amarok 1.4 was able to interpret now show up as code. They should either be filtered during import into V2.2.1 or Amarok should translate them.
