Description Mario Soto 2008-12-03 08:20:57 UTC
Version: desconocido (using 4.1.2 (KDE 4.1.2), Kubuntu packages)
Compiler: cc
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.27-9-generic

Kubuntu 8.10; KDE 4.1.2; Kernel 2.6.27-9-generic; When I try to see a video, the video is not shown in a good resolution (even if it has), is shown green vertical lines all over the video, and when is not in full screen mode, this lines are restricted to the center of the screen and in the same size that the video is been presented. Happens only with video player, and not with internet videos (youtube by example). Any other configuration, don't hesitate to communicate.

What video player?
Happens with no kde related video player also?

Right now I have installed
- Multimedia Player (mplayer)
- Kaffeine
- Dragon Player
- KMPlayer
and with all, I have the same problem and with very similar results.

Does it happens even using different window managers?
