Description David Jarvie 2008-12-03 00:40:10 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.1.3)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

The option to show an alarm in KOrganizer never works, when KOrganizer is embedded in Kontact. It always produces the error message
"Error: unable to update alarm in korganizer message".

It works when KOrganizer is running standalone.

Reported by Zeltak.

This works for me on KDE 4.1.3 and KDE 4.2 beta1. Can you please supply your KAlarm config file (~/.kde4/share/config/kalarmrc or similar).

Now fixed so that when an alarm is to be copied to KOrganizer and Kontact is running, KOrganizer is first loaded into Kontact. (SVN commits 893621, 893626.)

Fix will be in KDE 4.1.4 and KDE 4.2.
