Version: 0.7.1 (using 4.1.3 (KDE 4.1.3), Debian packages) Compiler: cc OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.25-2-686 Every time I start Okular it is positioned at the top of my screen, with a very wide and low geometry and with the zoom level set to "fit page". Because of this, I always have to change the size of the window (I always maximize it actually) and set the zoom level to "fit width" before I can read a pdf. I would like to see that Okular saves the last used zoom level, or uses "fit width" as default, and that the default window size on startup is more reasonable (i.e. that I can actually read my document when I open it without having to change the window size). Cheers, Arnout
> I always have to change the size of the window (I always maximize it actually) The "window size + maximization" issue is bug #137108, fixed for KDE 4.2 (don't remember about 4.1.x, though). > or uses "fit width" as default It does since Okular 0.7.2 (KDE 4.1.2). About the "forgotten" zoom level, this is bug #167220. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 167220 ***
