Description Wanderer 2008-11-15 17:32:20 UTC
Version: beta 4 (Sheldon) (using KDE 4.1.3)
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

Load Adept. Go to "Preview". The Upgrade button is enabled. Press it. It gets disabled.

Now, go to Sources and "Fetch" the package list. After it finishes, go to "Preview". You should notice that even though updates may exist, the Upgrade button is still disabled.

As a workaround, it can be re-enabled if you select "Apply changes" from the menu but i think this was unintentional. Also, i believe the "Apply changes" menu item should not always be enabled (as is now) but it should follow the "Apply changes" button's state.
