Version: (using KDE 4.1.2) Installed from: Ubuntu Packages Clicked on Fuzzy Clock in the Add Widgets dialog, and it was placed top left. Then I couldn't reach the resize/move icon which went off the top of the screen: I had to remove the widget and make a new one by dragging it from Add Widgets onto the background. It seems that any widget which manages to get to the top of screen and is not as tall as the funky sidebar will have this problem?
I'm doing some tests using trunk. If a plasmoid (including the fuzzy clock) is near a border of the screen, the toolbar is displayed on the screen, and not out. I confirm that the "resize" icon is out of the screen. A simple workaround is to move the plasmoid a bit more distant from the screen borders, after you can resize it. Maybe the toolbar should be fully displayed on the current screen.
