Version:            (using KDE 4.1.2)
OS:                Linux
Installed from:    Ubuntu Packages

Clicked the wrong place in a Save As from Kontact and it crashed immediately, but managed the same trick in Save As in the crash dialog.  Konqueror Save As and Open dialogs had same issue.
