Version:           1.10.90 (SVN r881863, Nov 9th 2008) (using Devel)
OS:                Linux
Installed from:    Compiled sources

→ Open a new message composer window
→ Type some text
→ Select some text
→ Drag'n'drop the text somehwere else
Result: the text isn't relocated
