Version:           KDE 4.1 (using KDE 4.1.0)
OS:                Linux
Installed from:    Mandriva RPMs

When application is started, any window opened has no titlebar or borders. not possible to resize, close, or move window.

Distribution issue--KWin is not being started at all. Please consult the Mandriva community/team to find out what is not installed or correctly set up.
