Version: (using KDE 4.1.2) Compiler: gcc (GCC) 4.1.2 (Gentoo 4.1.2 p1.0.2) OS: Linux KDE 4.1 is showing KDE 3.5 items as if they were all UTC, instead of the correct timezone. If this is a bug in KDE 3.5, it would be nice to at least have options to: 1. Choose to default old files to a specific timezone 2. Adjust all event timezones with X criteria by X amount of time or to another TZ 3. Save backward-compatible files while still showing timezones correctly in KDE 4
This bug has only been reported for versions before 4.14, which have been unsupported for at least two years now. Can anyone tell if this bug still present? If noone confirms this bug for a Framework-based version of korganizer (version 5.0 or later, as part of KDE Applications 15.08 or later), it gets closed in about three months.
KOrganizer with KDE 4.3 was the last version that actually worked for me *at all*. When Gentoo marks KDE 5 PIM packages as stable, I'll try again...
Just as announced in my last comment, I close this bug. If you encounter it again in a recent version (at least 5.0 aka 15.08), please open a new one unless it already exists. Thank you for all your input.
