I use Konqueror 4.1.2.

Try clicking on "Click Here to take the survey" link on this site http://aseigo.blogspot.com/2008/10/kde-videocast-but-when.html

Or create a html document with this content:
<p style="text-align: center"><a href="http://www.example.com" ><br />link</a></p>

Konqueror crashes immediately after i left or right click on the link.
