When filling out a pdf form, the selection of a drop down box is not being applied to the document.

This is the file where the selection of the drop down box of the form is not being applied too the document

What do you mean with "is not applied to the document"?
I change the item in the combobox in that document, and after a couple of seconds the rendered page is refreshed with the new value. The new value is saved - internally in Okular - when closing the document and restored at the next loading.
Okular does -not- change the original document at all, if this is the issue.

Unless he uses "Save As" of course.

The problem seems to be solved as it suddenly doesn't happen anymore.
