They are available in SVN, trunk/extragear/graphics/kipi-plugins, while if you use distribution packages, you should ask the distribution to package them.
i have LibKipi: 0.2.0-svn is it not the one ? what would be the complete svn command to get them ? (is it kde's svn?)
