Comment 4 Michal Breškovec 2008-10-09 09:07:59 UTC
I have the same problem. Identical backtrace, and result if I try run it from command line. Kubuntu 8.04.1 with KDE 4.1.2.
Comment 5 Willi Richert 2008-10-09 09:10:36 UTC
I isolated the bug: If I remove the lines

from the [amarok] section in .kde4/share/config/kglobalshortcutsrc kded4 starts just fine. Hope this helps.
Comment 6 Heinrich Witt 2008-10-09 09:27:43 UTC
With these changes kded4 starts again. Thanks.
Comment 7 Heinrich Witt 2008-10-09 09:33:55 UTC
rofl....
As soon as i start amarok2 beta 2, kded4 crasht immediately again.
Comment 8 Michal Breškovec 2008-10-09 09:34:38 UTC
For me it was necessary remove all Amarok2 shortcuts, but now it is working again. Thanks for help.
Comment 9 Willi Richert 2008-10-09 09:48:09 UTC
for me it works even after
 - pkill kded4
 - pkill amarok
 - amarok
 - kded4

This report (all backtraces involving "globalaccel") was a bug in 4.1 (see bug 171870), please upgrade to 4.2 for the fix.

Mario (comment #13): your crash is different, and in knetworkmanager, which I don't know much about. Look in the knetworkmanager bug reports...
