Version: 1.3.1 (using 4.1.2 (KDE 4.1.2) "release 44.2", KDE:KDE4:Factory:Desktop / openSUSE_11.0) Compiler: gcc OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.25.16-0.1-default When selecting one of the feed sources by clicking onto one item of the already existing list , the complete screen freezes. No other action is possible, even not the change to another program like kmail. By clicking into the right top corner(x) to close Kontact, after a while a message window appears : Message Kontact does not react. It belongs to the program Kontact (PID:3246, PC: localhost) I wonder if this is a single problem on my PC which could be fixed by selecting the proper tuning switches or is it a general problem. For your info: I already deinstalled and reinstalled Kontact as well as akregator. Selecting another desktop for another program and coming back to the previous desktop, the surface is grey and blank only showing the top program line. The freezing is caused by all of the feeds
Can you run akregator alone from a console and see if you can get more informations ?
Which view mode do you use? (check View->View Mode)
