I am using Kopete and the other contact Windows Live Messenger 8.5.
When I request to view his web cam in Kopete, nothing happens.

Please test if this works with the new MSN plugin in KDE's Subversion repository (to be released with KDE 4.2 Beta 1) and if it doesn't, please reopen the bug.
