When a plasmoid is resized, the handle is resized too. The handle is resized on height, as well as width, icons on it are resized too. When the mouse button is realesed the plasmoid is redrawn. After the redrawing the handle is not resized on width, whereas icons are not resized at all. Why it can't be draw in this way during the resize procedure.

This is a duplicate of Bug #164354 (which has been confirmed by popular vote).  Can you mark it as a duplicate please?

My bug report is rather related to Bug #164354, but it's not the duplicate. Bug #164354 tells about redrawing of the whole plasmoid (with handle). My bug tells about changing the way of resizing and treat handle as another object, not the part of plasmoid. On the other hand, fixing bug #164354 may fix also this bug.
