Thanks for the bug report. I tried to reproduce in 4.1.1 (Kubuntu) and today's trunk and opened some links which open a new window/tab on that page, but I got no crash. I also got this crash in KFilterDev::~KFilterDev, KDE 4.1.3 "release 52.2" of openSUSE 11.0. It seamed to happen while I was opening additional tabs. While I was checking for duplicate bug reports, the same crash happened again. AFAIK I only had trac.kmess.org and bugs.kde.org open at that time. Before I had tabs open with various other sites, not sure if that causes the problems here.
