Description Marek Aaron Sapota 2008-09-10 10:49:58 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.1.0)
Compiler: gcc 4.3.1
OS: Linux
Installed from: Gentoo Packages

If I turn on 'prefer html messages' all plain messages loose wrapping on some column and several new line characters are treated as one. Seems like they are rendered as html, even if there are no html tags in message.
Comment 1 Thomas McGuire 2008-09-10 19:08:40 UTC
There was a bug that an empty paragraph was ignored in the HTML produced by KMail's composer, that has been recently fixed.
The word-wrapping is intended, HTML is supposed to be free-flowed.

I doubt this, probably the message is multipart/alternative with a plain text part and a HTML part (which all HTML messages composed by KMail have)
