When you must position themselves for a new round our units if we still have units in an area of the map you can upload them to another base, however remote.
To do so just add a unit in the database, then click right to withdraw for one to one of the basic number that you want (including units are based around precedent that they should not leave). After they can be redeployed in any basis for us to map which is similar to teleportation and striker as the game makes the game too easy (and is more akin to cheating). Normally we should move a group of unity lap.

I also noticed that once one has chosen the location of our units (if one is the last player to do so) the IA can not change the location of its troops in the light of my choice. And even if it could theoretically (because we can do it if there is the first to play), it does not even if his choice becomes ridiculous. (game two, enough to put all these units in Africa and I partly in Asia, it will not move to defend its position there).

Corrected in trunk for the "move away" problem. Should appear in KDE 4.2.

IA problem part moved to bug #170777
