Version:           3.5.2 (using KDE 3.5.9)
OS:                Linux
Installed from:    Fedora RPMs

When user goes to the project options and selects version control he does not get the CVS as an option. The only option available are the 
1.None
2.Subversion
3.ClearCase Integration
4.Perforce Integration.

He is not able to find CVS in the option list.

KDE Release 3.5.9-16.fc9 Fedora
Kdevelop 3.5.2
Concurrent Versions System (CVS) Server 1.11.17

The cvs support depends on cervisia being installed. That package should be in a "recommended dependencies" list of the kdevelop package of your distribution.
