Description Ben Aceler 2008-08-25 15:18:31 UTC
Version:           4.1.0 (using 4.1.1 (KDE 4.1.0 (4.1 >= 20080722)) "release 40.1", KDE:KDE4:Factory:Desktop / openSUSE_11.0)

Organizer can assign categories automatically for tasks or calendar entries, if they contain category-specific words, created by user. For example, category "call" will be assign for words "call", "calls", category "letters" for "letter", "mail", "e-mail" and so on.

Look at this:

Task - category
"Call to John" - "call"
"Send a letter to Mary" - "letters"
"Answer Mrs. Johnson mail" - "letters"
"Buy a car" - "" (nothing)

Hm, categories are intended to give _additional_ info to an event. If they double just what the event says, either they're badly choosen or the event poorly named.

I can make another use-case: I use categories as a color labels, and I use a color labels to distinguish categories from each other. It is not a kind of information, it is a kind of sortings.
