Another known bug, but since I can't find any bug reports open, I'll open this.

After editing the track details of one or more songs, Amarok's collection is correctly updated, but the actual file's tags are not. So after a rescan the changes are lost.

There used to be the inverse problem a few months ago: http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=164116
