Description Ritesh Raj Sarraf 2008-08-17 11:55:02 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.1.0)
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages
OS: Linux

Korganizer has an option to define your timezone when your system clock uses UTC.

For me, Korganizer is able to calculate the time properly for whatever timezone I've selected.
But the same calendar events, in Kontact's Summary, are displayed in UTC.

This looks very similar to Bug 165212
Comment 2 Allen Winter 2009-02-06 00:55:08 UTC
I reviewed all the Kontact summaries (including the new Planner summary) and fixed all the cases of this timezone problem that I could find.

So I am closing this.

Please re-open this bug if you encounter timezone problems with the Kontact summary in KDE 4.2.1 or above.
