Description mi+kde 2008-08-15 15:39:55 UTC
Version: 1.9.9 (using 3.5.9, compiled sources)
Compiler: Target: amd64-undermydesk-freebsd
OS: FreeBSD (amd64) release 7.0-STABLE

I have an account, where a password changes every several months. When that happens, KMail prompts me for the new password, which I enter AND CLICK ON "Remember the password". However, the password is not remembered, and when kmail crashes (for whatever reason) later, I have to re-enter the new password again upon restart.

The only way to make kmail memorize the new one is to go to the account-configuration and enter it there...
