Description Tomasz Jach 2008-08-12 11:57:09 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.1.0)
Installed from: Unlisted Binary Package

Kmix doesn't preserve keyboard shortcuts between reboots. Whenever I change the global shortcuts for volume up, volume down and mute, they work only until next restart. The odd thing is that after rebooting they still apear in shortcuts list, but they don't work.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to system settings -> keyboard and mouse -> keyboard shortcuts.
2. Assign some keys (in my case: multimedia keys responsible for volume control) to mute and volume control.
3. Save the settings and enjoy working configuration.
4. Reboot the system.
5. Confirm, that the shortcuts are still listed, but they don't work until erasing them and reassigning.

Expected behaviour:
Setting saved between restarts.
