Version:            (using KDE 3.5.9)
Installed from:    Ubuntu Packages
OS:                Linux

When I insert a media (a CD or DVD for example), sometimes the "TODO New Media Dialog" doesn't appear, only the KDialog fail's notification.
But, if I newly insert the DVD, maybe, the TODO New Media Dialog appears (or not).
Sometimes, the KDialog fail's notification appears randomly.

KDE 3 is no longer maintained.
