Description Marek McGann 2008-08-05 16:52:20 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.1.0)
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages
OS: Linux

Setting up filters doesn't seem to work in Korganizer through Settings > Manage View Filters. Selecting categories for the filter doesn't work (a dialog box opens and you can select them, but clicking Apply has no effect).

Filters that just include tick-box options such as "Hide Completed To-Dos" have no effect on the list of To Dos, and no filter survives a restart of the application.

The entire PIM suite looks fantastic aside from a few minor bugs like this one.

Confirming the same issue (KDE 4.1.3, Kontact 1.3).

Can create filters, but apply does nothing. Cannot prevent completed TODO items from being viewed.

I can confirm Korganizer View Filters do not appear to work for ArchLiux/KDEMOD unstable 4.1.80. https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=171205 is probably a duplicate of this bug.

just now committed a fix for this, which will be available in KDE 4.1.4 and KDE 4.2.0

Excellent! Thanks.
