Description jtscsousa 2008-08-04 18:46:19 UTC
Version: 1.10.0 (using 4.1.00 (KDE 4.1.0), Kubuntu packages)
Compiler: gcc
OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.24-20-generic

Typing any name with a dead key accent in To or CC when the dropdown address lookup is active will not yield a dead key. This makes it impossible to match any name with an accented character.

For example: Wanting to send an e-mail to an address starting with "José ..." will result in "Jos'e" and and fail to match the address in the drop down list.

According to the report about this bug we got at Kubuntu this is no longer an issue in KDE 4.2. (https://launchpad.net/bugs/282665)
