OS:                Linux

removing the default pannel and adding a new one will result in a panel on top side of the desktop, although the previous one was on the bottom, and there is no way oen can move the new one back to bottom. Also one cannot move the widgets order in the pannel

Sorry, but the KDE bug tracking system is not an user forum.

and actually, you can do both of them, just right click on a panel and select "panel configuration". then, either drag the new configuration widget that appears to move the panel, or drag the widgets to move them inside the panel.
