Does this happen for only particular companies? Can you give find an example of a sure crash? Or give a screenshot of a search or something? Then we'd know what all you were picking. 

It is possible the crash is generated by the job description pages, so it might only come from certain companies then.

maybe bug #173066 is related.

btw, I can't reproduce the crash with monster (kde trunk aka upcoming 4.2) and if bug #173066 is really related, then it's very likely that it was fixed already...
