Description Paul van Noort 2008-07-31 10:26:23 UTC
Version: 1.0.4 (using 3.5.9 "release 49.1" , openSUSE 11.0)
Compiler: Target: i586-suse-linux
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.25.11-0.1-pae

the short description says it all

On cdr-device without motor (to open or close lid) verifying of written content fails (even when manually closing lid) writing succeeds

my laptop (compaq 6710b with dvdrw) OpenSuse 11.0 fails to verify written content. it just "hangs there" and does not time out in reasonable time (even after writing < 1 MB)

After write the lid opens and does not close because the drive cannoot close it automaticly (laptopdrive) after manual close it does not resume its work...

data is written fine! so no worries but it would be nice to verify a write on a laptopdrive

In an attempt to clean up old bugs that are not valid for K3b 2.0 (=KDE SC 4.x port) anymore, this is now being marked as UNMAINTAINED.
If this bug is still valid for 2.0, please reopen it.
