Description Franklin Weng 2008-07-31 04:40:15 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.1.0)
Installed from: Mandriva RPMs

I have some wishes for lokalize.

1. Copy source messages to translate messages: from kbabel the hot key was set to ctrl-space. In Lokalize it used the same hot key too. However, for us CJK users ctrl-space was usually used to launch the input method like scim or gcin. That means I can not use this hotkey to copy source messages to translated field directly. I hope to add an additional hot key like alt+space.

2. When I open a different file it would launch a seperate lokalize window. Is it possible to open the file in the opened window? Even when I accidently click the same file, it opened a new window too.

SVN commit 840981 by shaforo:

use alt+space as default shortcut for msgid2msgstr in CJK locales (as ctrl-space is already taken)

Frank: please use 1 b.k.o. entry for 1 wish next time. Your second request is due to be fulfilled soon though.
