Description Eduard Sukharev 2008-07-30 19:19:26 UTC
Version: (using 4.1.00 (KDE 4.1.0), MS Visual Studio 2005 SP1)
Compiler: cl.exe
OS: Microsoft Windows (i686) release 5.1 (XP Professional)

When using native dialogs for opening/saving files on Windows XP the filter is set to one line composed of many filters that would normally appear as several separated filters in KDE file dialog. Also, the filter itself is misformatted - native dialogs on Windows use different format from the one used by KDE's file dialogs. This way, no files can pass through that filter, making it impossible to use such 'filtered' dialogs in many applications, like Kolourpaint (open/save), Kopete (installing chatwindow style from file) and others.
