If I save new To-do item (OK or Apply button) it invokes the Resource Selection dialogue. It seems be wrong as showed at the screenshot below.

This comment pertains to Comment#4 
I fixed this issue by deleting ~/.kde4/share/config/korganizerrc. It allowed me to display "Calendars" (as attachment shows) and remove one duplicate calendar item which pointed to the same resource (~/.kde4/share/apps/korganizer/std.ics)

In korganizer > 4.7 we doesn't use it.
I close it
