In some cases, Akregator opens an empty + the desired tab, where Konqueror would open just a new window.

How to reproduce:
- Add this feed to Akregator: http://www.spiegel.de/schlagzeilen/rss/index.xml
- Open an article which provides a 'Fotostrecke' (image series).
- Click one of the thumbnails to open the 'Fotostrecke'

What happens
- When clicking one of the thumbnails, 2 tabs are opened:
   - One containing the actual 'Fotostrecke'
   - One empty tab which is 'untitled'

That's correct. The articles don't provide a preview, just a link to the article.
I open them usually using a wheelclick on the article in the article list, so they get opened in a new background tab.

Click on the preview pic in the article, it opens an additional empty 'Untitled' tab.

Fixed in 4.1.1 and trunk
