1. When moving the systemtray plasmoid around on the desktop icons are sometimes placed in random locations on the desktop. Not a big issue but still strange you gotta move/rsize it until you got the icons where they should be.

3. The systemtrayicons tend to disappear after some time for no apparent reason and they just wont come back no matter what you do until you restart plasma. this tends to happen when the systemtray is part of the desktop but not when its in the panel i think(not too sure).

don't expect too much out of the system tray. it is broken by (freedekstop.org) design.
