Description Mohd Asif Ali Rizwaan 2008-07-13 19:33:57 UTC
Version:           unknown (using 4.00.85 (KDE 4.0.85 (KDE 4.1 >= 20080703), compiled sources)
Compiler:          gcc
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.24.5-smp

Save file dialog "Deletes filname" from location, when we choose a folder to save the file. We download files using konqueror, and as soon as we choose a folder, the filename is gone! resulting in save error!

How to Reproduce:

1. open kwrite (or download a file using konqueror )
2. type some text
3. choose save/saves (ctrl+s or file->save)
4. at location type "hello.txt" (supposing we save it as hello.txt)
5. so we can see "hello.txt" as the "location: hello.txt"

Now the problem when choosing a different folder to save
5. click on any sub-folder in the "View" area.
6. as soon as we select/enter a sub folder, "hello.txt" disappears (bug)

Expected Behavior:

5. The "hello.txt" is not deleted/disappears when The left "Quick folders" are selected
6. clicking on root or Home on the left sidebar doesn't delete the hello.txt

Thank you.
