The "Add Toolview" dialog currently needs select+click-on-ok. It would be good to be able to just double click a toolview. Eventually also making the dialog not close with that so one can easily add multiple toolviews.

Disable toolviews that are already present in the current main window area to prevent adding the same toolview multiple times.
