Steps to reproduce:
1. In the Add Widget dialog, add two identical plasmoids.
2. click on the "minus" symbol

this will remove all plasmoids of the same kind in all containments and all activities. It happens with all plasmoids i have tested.

that's actually the intended behaviour. it needs more work to make it easier to use, however, such as in the ways you expected
