I had tried it once on KDE3 (very early releases) and found it good. Decided to take another look at it when compiling KDE4.1 (had read the blogs regarding the new icons and all) and was blown away....you guys have really made this software awesome. Back to the bug.....I changed the units to Celsius in the configure dialog and now whenever I click on the arrows of the spinbox (up or down), the temperature only goes down. I can raise the temperature using the slider. Next, changed the temperature to Fahrenheit and now clicking on the spinbox arrows (up or down) only decreases the temperature. Again, the temperature can be changed using the slider. Hope the description is enough........keep going....
