Looks like there was a half-finished upgrade being done. the real reason I'm wondering here is though: why did the 4.1 installation fail?
Sorry not able to provide any real help as I was not paying much attention. Seem to recall seeing a message but can not recall what it was. I will try and recreate and see if it happens again
Re-installed and everything went fine. Installed from OPENSUSE one click install Guess that you can close this bug report
